Yes, they are bound by G=TE’s Terms and Conditions and Post-Selection Terms once a release is created or a track is submitted.

The creator of the release is bound to fulfill their promises such as selecting and signing the track(s), releasing the track(s), remunerating the producers, and so on.

Note: If you intend to participate on G=TE by creating releases, we strongly encourage you to first read our Post-Selection Terms to make sure that you can fulfill all your legal obligations towards each producer. We would like to underline that G=TE strives to equally support all the parties involved in these terms.
